PARKING

-There is a large lot in front of the condo complex for your convenience.
-You may also park in the garage after you obtain the garage door opener from inside the condo.

CONSTRUCTION

There is currently ongoing exterior construction taking place. It will not affect your time inside the condo. We are currently not advertising a balcony as an amenity. It is not available during construction. The building currently looks like the last picture in our gallery. If you have questions in regards to this please ask.

WINTER TRAVEL TIPS

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
