Cancellation in regards to a booking made here through Simply Rented Vacation Rentals

Life gets in the way and we want you to book completely worry free. We offer by far the most flexible cancellation policy in Park City.

✅ Cancel 7 or more days prior to your arrival date = get a FULL refund!

❌ Cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, no refund.

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER APRIL 2, 2026.

If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or any other Online Travel Agency
