Cancellation Policy

Cancellation in regards to a booking made here through Simply Rented Vacation Rentals

Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the trip. Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.

If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or any other Online Travel Agency

Please review their respective cancellation policies and contact them for any questions regarding the processing of your cancellation.
